Technical Support
A great attitude and excellent verbal and written skills are required to assist our loyal customer base primarily by phone and email. Must be an honest, reliable, Microsoft/PC-Literate person with good problem solving ability. Should be friendly and courteous, motivated and have a neat and clean appearance. Must be a team player that can actually put the team first on occasion. Tasks include becoming an expert in our software for the PC, as well as on the Palm, Pocket PC and related Barcode hardware, MS Windows operating systems and Pervasive, Oracle and Microsoft databases. The job requires detailed documentation of all contact with our Users and written feedback from testing new software releases via our company database. Job responsibilities should grow to include in-house training and later on-site training at customer facilities.
